SeenUnseen is an up-and-coming clothing brand based in Jaipur with a dedication to sustainable fashion and fair-trade practices. Our clothing is made with pure cotton and follows a minimalist aesthetic that is crafted by hand in India. Every garment is unique, crossing borders to offer universal appeal.

What is your policy for returns and exchanges?

Our company's policy provides customers with an opportunity to exchange any garment that doesn't fit properly. If a customer wishes to return or exchange a garment, we ask that they send the piece back to us with a note specifying the necessary alterations and accurate measurements. The garment must be in its original condition, complete with all tags and labels, and returns and exchanges must be initiated within one week of receiving the product. However, we don't provide refunds unless the piece is found to be defective from our end. We don't offer returns or exchanges for customised orders.

How does your company handle shipping?

We provide shipping both within India and internationally by reliable courier partners. Shipping fees depend on the size of the order, starting at a minimum of Rs.50 for domestic orders and Rs.300 for international orders (variations may occur for different shipping regions). Please check the applicable shipping fee for the product you wish to purchase. We aren't responsible for any custom-related charges or delays that vary according to the buyer's country.

How long does it take for an order to arrive?

Our products are made-to-order so that we don't hold an inventory. It may take 10-14 business days for us to create and fulfil an order. Domestic orders usually take up to 3-4 days to arrive after shipping, while international orders may need 5-6 days for delivery.

What if a product is currently out of stock?

If a particular design or fabric is out of stock, it means we don't have it anymore. Still, we're happy to customise a garment to your preferences if you're willing to choose an alternative fabric from our web shop.

Are there any customs fees for international orders?

We don't regulate duties or taxes, and typically, smaller orders do not incur any extra fees. However, the buyers should cover any custom charges applied by their country's laws and regulations.

Can you confirm my purchase's shipment?

Once we ship an order, we'll send you the tracking details by mail.

Do you offer customisation services?

Yes, we offer customisation to ensure that our garments fit you perfectly. Basic alterations or minor adjustments don't incur any extra charges. However, if significant customisation is necessary, the customisation charges range from 5%-25% of the MRP of the product, depending on the range of customisation.

How do I request a customised garment?
